Olive Tree Apartments is located in the village of Metagitsi, on Sithonia peninsula, built above the ancient city called Asa, which can easily satisfy the needs of both mountain lovers and sea enthusiasts simultaneously.
The property consists of two types of accommodation units.
The ground floor and first-floor apartments can accommodate up to five people. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has two single beds, with an option to add an additional rollaway bed for the fifth person.
The studio is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a double bed, two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature either a bathtub or a shower tray without a curtain.
Guests can spend warm summer days overlooking the courtyard on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating area.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, you can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends within the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every fourth day.
Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
