Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Eleven And A Half Apartments are located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, just 230m from the beach in Nea Fokea—a charming fishing village ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway away from the bustling crowds of larger resorts, yet close enough to enjoy their attractions when desired.
The apartments, designed to accommodate up to six adults, are maisonettes spread over two levels. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen, while the upper level, equivalent to the first floor, includes a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two, while the bedroom has a double bed. One of the apartments also features an additional sofa bed in the bedroom.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with the unit located in the bedroom, offers guests free Wi-Fi, TVs with Serbian channels in both the living room and bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine in one of the apartments, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, and toaster.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
