Eleven And A Half Apartments are located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, just 230m from the beach in Nea Fokea—a charming fishing village ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway away from the bustling crowds of larger resorts, yet close enough to enjoy their attractions when desired.

The apartments, intended for the stay of up to five adults, are two-level maisonettes, which on the lower level, on the ground floor, have a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, they have a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room of these apartments there is a sofa for two people, while in the bedroom there is a double bed, and in one of the apartments the bedroom also has a sofa for one person.

This air-conditioned accommodation, with the unit located in the bedroom, offers guests free Wi-Fi, TVs with Serbian channels in both the living room and bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine in one of the apartments, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, and toaster.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
