Eleven And A Half Apartments are located on the eastern peninsula of Kassandra, 230m away from the beach in Nea Fokea, a small fishing village ideal for those who seek a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of more popular resorts, yet close enough to them if you desire crowds and numerous tourist facilities.
The apartments, designed to accommodate up to six adults, are structured as maisonettes on two levels. The lower level, on the ground floor, consists of a living room with a kitchen, while the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, contains a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room of these apartments features a sofa for two people, while the bedroom has a double bed, with one of the apartments also having an additional sofa for two people in the bedroom.
These air-conditioned accommodations, with the air conditioning unit located in the bedroom, offer guests free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with Serbian channels in both the living room and the bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine in one of the apartments, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea and village view from the furnished veranda or balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay and changing bed linen and towels, which are provided every five days.
Although parking is not provided for guests, free parking is always available along the street near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
