Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Kontraki Apartment is located in the peaceful village of Petriti on the island of Corfu and offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and a relaxed summer atmosphere. A special highlight of the apartment is the large private balcony overlooking lush greenery, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The apartment’s location makes it an excellent base for exploring the southern part of the island and some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area. The quiet surroundings and good connections to the rest of Corfu make this accommodation an excellent choice for a carefree stay on the island.
This spacious and modernly furnished apartment is situated on a raised ground floor and can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.
A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and each bedroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an air fryer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
