Kontraki Apartment is located in the peaceful village of Petriti on Corfu, offering the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and a relaxing summer atmosphere. One of its greatest advantages is the spacious private balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery, making it an ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The property’s location is an excellent starting point for exploring the southern part of the island and some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area. Its tranquil surroundings and convenient access to the rest of the island make this accommodation an excellent choice for a carefree stay on Corfu.
The property offers one studio and one apartment.
The studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two adults. It consists of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom and is furnished with a double bed.
The spacious and modern apartment is located on the elevated ground floor and can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room features a sofa for one person.
A baby cot is available in the apartment upon request and free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The studio is equipped with two ceramic hobs and a small oven, while the apartment features four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave, an air fryer, as well as a hairdryer and an iron.
One of the apartment’s greatest advantages is its spacious private balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, providing the perfect place to relax, enjoy meals outdoors, or spend peaceful evenings. The studio has a veranda furnished with outdoor seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Housekeeping, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is provided upon guests’ request every four days.
Accommodation offers one parking space shared by guests of both apartments. If the parking space is occupied, guests can park on the street near the property.
Kontraki Apartment is located 15 km from the Port of Lefkimi in the southern part of Corfu, while the island’s main new port is approximately 30 km away. Corfu Old Town, located 29 km from the property, offers a rich history and attractions such as the Serbian Museum, as well as the Old and New Fortresses. The popular resort of Sidari, home to the famous Canal d’Amour, is approximately 63 km away, while the well-known Paleokastritsa is about 48 km from the apartment. Corfu International Airport is located 28 km from the accommodation.

All praise for the accommodation and the host. As for the accommodation, everything is new, very spacious, there are two air conditioners, everything is clean, in the apartment you have everything you need: kitchen appliances, a washing machine, the terrace is huge, and there is a terrace all around the accommodation. In all our years of vacationing, we have never had better hosts. The man came to the port to meet us, and two days before arrival he sent me instructions on Viber, regarding the ferry and everything else, and the man can speak Serbian. Highly recommended for both the accommodation and Corfu.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
