The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, which is an additional convenience, especially for families with children and guests who value easy access to accommodation. It is intended for a maximum stay of five adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa for two people, while the bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, providing a flexible and comfortable arrangement for different types of guests.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice when making the reservation.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including a flat-screen TV and WiFi internet connection, as well as a hair dryer for added comfort. The kitchen is functionally equipped and suitable for meal preparation, featuring two ceramic hobs, two refrigerators—one of which includes a freezer compartment—as well as a kettle and toaster. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Linen and towel changes are provided only for guests staying 10 nights or longer; for shorter stays, this service is not available. For longer stays, replacement sets of linens and towels will be available in the accommodation for easier and more convenient changes during the stay.
No private parking is provided for guests, and vehicles can be parked on the street nearby.
