Diamond Seaside Suites is located almost directly on the beach, with a courtyard that opens directly onto the street separating the property from the sea. The accommodation is modern and stylishly furnished, featuring an elegant interior that provides a high level of comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Every detail is carefully designed to make guests’ stays as enjoyable as possible, from quality furniture to functional room layouts. Thanks to its location practically on the beach, guests can enjoy close proximity to the sea throughout the day while still being slightly removed from the busiest areas. Nea Moudania is one of the largest and most developed towns in Halkidiki, situated in a highly attractive location near Thessaloniki. At the same time, it serves as an excellent base for exploring both Kassandra and Sithonia. The beach in Nea Moudania is long and mostly sandy, with crystal-clear water and a gently sloping shallow area – ideal for children and anyone who prefers easy access to the sea. The shoreline and nearby areas are predominantly sandy, while further from the town center, rocky areas with natural shade can also be found. There is a shaded playground by the beach, and several smaller playgrounds are available throughout the town, both outdoors and within cafes, adding to a quality and activity-filled vacation.
As the property is built on cascading levels, the entrance is on the fourth-floor level, where the reception is located. From there, it descends to the lower levels, down to the courtyard with direct access to the street that separates the accommodation from the beach. The property offers triple and quadruple studios, as well as four-, five-, and six-person apartments.
Triple studios are located on the third floor and are suitable for up to three adults. Each includes a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom, featuring one double bed and one single bed. Quadruple studios are also on the third floor and accommodate up to two adults and two children, with a double bed and a sofa bed for children.
Two-bedroom apartments can host four, five, or six adults and are located on the first, second, or third floors. Quadruple and five-person apartments include a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, while six-person apartments also have a living room.
Quadruple apartments feature one double bed and two single beds. Five-person apartments have two double beds and one single bed, and six-person apartments have two double beds and a sofa for two.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free Wi-Fi, TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a single hotplate, standard fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Each unit has a private balcony with seating, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sea view. Guests also have access to a shared barbecue in the courtyard.
