The relationship between price and quality is realistic. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The woman who maintains it is very friendly.

We are satisfied with the accommodation. It is clean, close to the beach, and there is no noise from the surrounding apartments or establishments. The yard is shaded and enclosed, making it ideal for children.

An excellent location, close to the beach and shops. The cleanliness is at a phenomenal level. The landlady is wonderful. The only thing I would emphasize regarding the triple room is that the beds are somewhat smaller, which might be inconvenient for larger individuals when it comes to sleeping.

We stayed at Pavlos Rooms from September 2nd to September 12th, 2018, in a triple studio that overlooked a parking field. The landlady, Efi, although her English is limited, is very warm and welcoming. The hygiene is impeccable; the room is cleaned daily, and the bedding is changed every other day. In the studio, we had everything we needed, including a toaster and an electric whisk for our coffee in the kitchenette. Additionally, the triple studio comfortably accommodated one adult and two children aged 5 and 3 on the double bed. It is situated in a great location, right next to a market, bakery, and restaurant, and you simply cross the street to reach the beach. Overall, we had a very positive impression of the accommodation, the location, and for those traveling with children, Golden Beach is a perfect choice with a shallow area just about 100 meters away. :)

An outstanding accommodation! The best so far on Thassos. The location is perfect, and the level of cleanliness is exceptionally high. The only downside is the small size of the studios, and the terrace was a bit cramped for the four of us. The bathrooms are also small, with a shower that only the children can fit into. It would have been easier if they weren't there. Honestly, it's not for comfort seekers, but I highly recommend it for couples. The furniture is new, and the beds are comfortable, which is a real lottery. Best regards!

We just returned from Thassos (July 2018). Pavlos Rooms comes highly recommended. The hostess, Efi, is exceptionally meticulous. Right next to it is a market that is excellently stocked. The terrace on the first floor is phenomenal for relaxation, spacious, beautifully arranged, and impeccably clean. If you choose this accommodation, you certainly won't regret it.

We stayed at Pavlos Rooms in the second half of September 2017. The timing was such that the place was already empty, with very few people around, and many shops and restaurants were closed, but that did not bother us; on the contrary, it was what we hoped for. Pavlos Rooms are new apartments, beautifully furnished and truly well maintained. Efi, who manages the accommodation, is unobtrusive, kind, and diligent, ready to help as much as she can, considering that her English is somewhat limited. In the apartment, you receive a clean sponge, dishwashing liquid, and liquid soap in the bathroom. Of course, there are bed linens and towels as well. Mosquito nets are installed on the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, and cutlery, but there is only one pot. There is an extractor fan and one hot plate, as well as a kettle for boiling water. In addition to the aforementioned, the advantages include proximity to the beach, markets, bakeries, and a large number of restaurants. We were in a three-bed apartment that turned out to be a bit cramped because we added a crib for the baby, so we had to navigate around the suitcases and belongings. A downside is that our apartment was on the ground floor and faced a narrow, quiet street, but across from the terrace, there is a large dumpster from the adjacent hotel, and garbage collectors empty the trash every morning around 6 AM, making noise as if they were emptying your room along with the dumpster. I note that we were there in September when there were no crowds and extreme heat, but this would have been a disadvantage due to unpleasant odors if it were hot and the dumpsters were full. Fortunately, there is only one apartment on that side of the house, so all the others are "safe" on the other side. All in all, an excellent price-quality ratio.

We spent our vacation in Pavlos's room from August 6th to 16th, 2017, with three children, and we are extremely satisfied. The accommodation is close to the beach, and there is a supermarket right next door. The hostess is incredibly kind and always ready to assist. The room is cleaned every day, and the bed linens and towels are changed every three days. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

The ground floor accommodation is clean, new, and well-equipped. It is located close to the beach and the center, and the area is peaceful. However, a significant drawback was the lack of hot water, which disappears in the evening hours (sometimes around 7 PM or 8 PM), forcing us to leave the sunny beach earlier to take a shower. Additionally, the yard is well-maintained but small for children.

First, I would like to mention that the images on nikana.gr are outdated. The property now appears more beautiful and modern. Especially the floor with two double studios and a shared terrace that is absolutely lovely. As the title suggests, cleanliness is paramount. This is the main impression. The woman who works there, or the landlady, cleans EVERY DAY. There has never been sand in the room from yesterday, and the toilet is always spotless. The triple studio no.1 on the ground floor is separated from the other three and has its own section of the yard for those who seek intimacy. Its downside is that it is dim in the evening due to poor lighting and the lack of hot water when everyone from the ground floor uses it at the same time. On the upper floor, the situation is different. The double studio is well-lit with a beautiful large shared terrace that is nicely divided for both studios. We were fortunate that no one occupied the second studio until the penultimate day, so the terrace was exclusively ours. Regarding the amenities, there is nothing excessive. Plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses are just enough for the number of guests expected. There is also one pot, one saucepan, a kettle, and a mixer for instant coffee. A well-equipped supermarket is just 10m from the accommodation, a butcher shop is 20m away, and a fantastic restaurant is next to the accommodation. The beach is 100m away. The price is in line with the prices on Thassos. All in all, we are extremely satisfied.
