Pavlos Rooms is one of the most affordable accommodations in Golden Beach as well as one of the best rated and it is only a few steps away from the beach. The accommodation units are very clean and the friendly owners are always available for their guests.

Pavlos Rooms is located in the Golden Beach, across the camp, only 100m away from the beach, just behind Finikas restaurant.

It consists of double, triple and quadruple studios. All of them have a kitchen (sink, two hot plates and dinning set) and a bathroom.

Double studio (20m2) is located on the first floor and has a double bed. Triple (25m2) and quadruple (28m2) studios are located on the ground floor and they are the same as double studio, with the addition that all four bed and two out of three three-bed studios have a small oven. Three bed studio has a double bed and one single bed, while the four bed studio has two double beds.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen is done every third day.

On the large veranda each studio has its own set for sitting and enjoying. The yard is small and paved, mostly under the shade. Small pets are allowed.

There is no private parking in accommodation, but around the accommodation there is enough free space to leave your car.

This accommodation can be easily reached by turning to Golden Beach when entering the village of Panagia. Keep driving straight until you reach the large Princess complex where you need to turn right and then in to the next street right again. You will see Arista market and Finikas Restaurant and just behind the Finikas Restaurant is Pavlos Rooms.

The first market is next to the accommodation.

If you want a decent accommodation very close to the beach (sandy and with a long shoal) ideal for children, 30m from the bus station, and very close to restaurants and rent-a-car agency, Pavlos Rooms can be an excellent choice.

Excellent location, the landlady is a calm and kind elderly woman. Every other day, she cleaned the bathroom and changed the bedding and towels.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
