Sakis Holiday 2 Apartment is located in Nea Moudania, the largest and most developed town in Halkidiki, 800 meters from the beach. The accommodation provides an excellent base for families and couples who want to combine comfortable lodging with all the amenities offered by such a developed town.

The apartment accommodates up to four adults and is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The layout includes a living room connected to the kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds.

For younger guests, a baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request, making travel easier for parents and reducing the need to carry extra luggage.

The accommodation has three air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the apartment during hot summer days. Wireless internet and a television provide connectivity and entertainment, while the kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with two heating zones, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a kettle. A hairdryer adds to everyday comfort.

The apartment has two spacious balconies, offering guests a pleasant outdoor corner for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Pets are not allowed, ensuring cleanliness and a tidy environment throughout the stay.

Guests maintain the apartment’s cleanliness themselves. Upon arrival, they find complete sets of bed linen and towels, with additional sets provided by the owner depending on the length of stay. The cleaning service is not available.

The accommodation does not have its own parking space, but guests can use public parking areas along the street, subject to availability.

Nea Moudania is the largest town and the main tourist, economic, and cultural center of Halkidiki, located on the coast of the Thermaic Gulf at the crossroads leading to the Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas. Its long sandy beach with a gradual slope and clean water stretches from the town center to the nearby settlement of Dionisos, accompanied by a palm-lined promenade with bars, taverns, and restaurants. A recognizable symbol of the town is the Panagia Korifini church, whose modern brick structure is visible from all directions, while the seaside amphitheater hosts numerous cultural events during the summer. The town’s infrastructure is highly developed, including supermarkets such as Lidl and Masoutis, pharmacies, and the largest open-air market in Halkidiki, held on Wednesdays, offering local products, cheese, olives, and fresh fish. Thanks to its location, Nea Moudania is an excellent starting point for visiting nearby beaches such as Agios Mamas, Dionisos Beach, and Varkes, as well as for day trips to Thessaloniki. The accommodation is about 53 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
