Our description

Thanasis Apartments is accommodation with apartments for 2-8 people. The apartments are located in several buildings on the location next to the central city square in Nea Flogita, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and all the facilities that this place offers, and most of the apartments have a direct or side view of the sea. Internet is available only on the terraces.

Apartment with one bedroom number 2 consists of a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, separate and fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and curtain, as well as a veranda with a large swing.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after five days (for a 10-night stay), and guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene in accommodation units. For under seven overnights stays, there's no replacement of towels and bed linen. A few of accommodation units have a ramp at the entrance so they're accessible to disabled people, but the bathrooms are not adapted. The buildings were built in the period from 1986-2003, they're ok and recommended to less demanding guests. Private parking is not available, so guests can easily park on the street.

Nea Flogita is located in the most central part of Halkidiki, and it can meet the requirements of various groups of tourists with great diversity. The clean organized beach is about 7km long and it satisfies each visitor who wants to be served, and also respects the ones who want to enjoy a relaxing bath in more family situations in the free sections of the beach.

Thanasis Apartments is located in the endless, open, green area in a friendly environment in the center of Nea Flogita beach by the seaside market. This resort is a family business and consists of furnished and fully equipped apartments for a maximum of eight persons. It belongs to the category of two keys.

Our apartments consist of 1-2 spacious bedrooms, kitchen/room or kitchen/living room and a bathroom. There are TV sets and A/C in every apartment. They are quite roomy, full of light and can accommodate 3-8people. All apartments, either on the ground floor or on the other two floors, have one or two private balconies.

- 6 Bed Apartment (4+2), Sea View, Ground Floor, No. 23 consists of two double and two single beds. It's a 2-room apartment on the ground floor with direct sea view, for six persons, equipped with a mini-stove with plates and oven in the kitchen, A/C, TV, bathroom and a big balcony.
- 6 Bed Apartment (4+2), Ground Floor, No. 21 consists of two double and two single beds. It's a 2-room apartment on the ground floor, for six persons, equipped with a mini-stove with plates and oven in the kitchen, A/C, TV, bathroom and a big balcony.
- 2 Bed Apartment (2+1), Ground Floor, No. 2 has one double and a single bed, one room, kitchen, WC, TV set, A/C and a big yard with big swing.
- 4 Bed Apartment has one room, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony. One double bed is in a bedroom and two couches are in the kitchen.
- 5 Bed Apartment is located on the ground floor. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony. It has a direct sea view. One room has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. One couch is in the kitchen.
- SFD3 is a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor, with a kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony, in front of the sea in the center of Nea Flogita. All the bedrooms and the kitchen have a sea view. There's a double bed with a big wardrobe in the first bedroom, while the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, two bunk beds and a wardrobe. In the kitchen, there's a sofa bed for one adult or two children. Amenities include A/C, Wifi internet, 32'' TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

- Mount Athos and The Garden of Holy Mary (100km) on a daily tour by boat
- Sithonia and Kassandra, the two of the three peninsulas of Halkidiki with villages and beautiful beaches

Flogita is a popular tourist resort, particularly in the summer, and as a result, the facilities and amusements have increased to cater for the influx. Flogita is noted for its big sandy beach and its paved promenade which is popular in the evenings for the customary volta or walk. The sea is particularly warm. The sea floor is shallow, which has resulted in the popularity of marine sports in the village. The clean organized beach is about 7km long and 80m wide.

Nea Flogita is located in the most central part of Halkidiki just half an hour from the airport of Thessaloniki. As a result, this area is the focus of touristic development. Ranked in the top positions in the preferences of visitors as a tourist destination, N. Flogita can meet the requirements of all groups of tourists with great diversity available. From the one side, the most famous all-day beach bars, sea sports, that attract lots of young people and from the other side the family taverns, the big parks with fountains and the large street of the beach, Pedestrian Street, are suitable for an afternoon and evening walk. All of the above compose an image that responds to what someone needs for their summer holidays. Lifeguards on the beach are available from morning to night.
