Our description
Mirna Oaza 2 Apartment is a renovated accommodation, not far from the sandy beach in Nea Plagia (next to Nea Flogita). It is suitable for accommodation up to 4 people. It is located in a quiet part of town and is close to all amenities.
The beach is about 400m away, and this is also the distance from markets, restaurants, cafes and promenades.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there are two air conditioners), it has a TV, mosquito nets, a terrace facing the street and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped, has an induction hob, a small fridge and an electric kettle. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and there is another single bed in the kitchen area.
The bathroom has a shower cabin.
Bed linen is not changed during the stay, and the accommodation can be rented according to pre-defined shifts for a minimum of 10 nights.
Parking is not provided, but parking is possible along the street in front of the accommodation and there are usually spaces.
The accommodation does not have internet.

Owners description
Apartment Mirna Oaza 2 (33m2, or 40m2 with terrace) in Nea Plagia is a one bedroom apartment 3-4 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach, in a quiet area. Cosmos Mediteraneo, Ikea, Jumbo are half an hour's drive away. Nea Plagija is connected with Flogita. Large supermarket "My Family" for larger purchases, nearby, at the entrance to the place when getting off the highway from the direction of Thessaloniki. Pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, pastry shops and shops are nearby as well as larger similar facilities in nearby Flogita. The big market is in Flogita. The market day in Nea Moudania, 8 km from the place, is Wednesday - be sure to use one day to visit it. The beach is nearby with several beach bars, taverns. Luna Park is nearby for kids. The apartment is oriented to the southwest. It consists of a bedroom and a kitchen with a dining area. It is suitable for 3 to 4 people, depending on age. The bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed.
The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and contains a refrigerator, an induction plate. All the mentioned benefits are included in the price.The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.
Guests maintain the apartment during their stay and bring their own towels. Bed linen is not changed during the 10 night stay.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
