George's Modern Apartment is located in the seaside town of Nea Plagia, Halkidiki, close to Thessaloniki. Located in a quiet area, it is an ideal choice for those looking for a pleasant vacation and relaxation with comfort and privacy. The sandy beach, the promenade by the sea, as well as restaurants and cafes are 1km away from the accommodation.
This apartment, which is a maisonette on two levels, is located on the second floor of a residential building and can accommodate a maximum of four people over the age of 12. In the lower level there is a living room with a kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper level, which is in the attic and is reached by internal stairs, has a bedroom, a work area and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which air conditioners are located in all rooms, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, smart TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as an iron with an ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The living room leads to a spacious balcony, which has a sofa and offers a view of the sea from a distance and the surrounding area.
Pets are not welcome in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves. They have at their disposal a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves. In this accommodation, an additional payment is required for the cleaning service of the accommodation after the departure of the guests.
