Owners description
Theo's House is located in a small resort, Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, recommended for families with small children and couples who need a quiet vacation, and 100m from the beach.
According to its structure, this house is a maisonette on two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of seven people (six adults and one child). On the high ground floor, which is reached by seven steps, on the first level, there is a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a toilet, while on the second level, on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two beds for one person and one drawer bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, where each level has an independent cooling unit, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
On the upper level, in the hallway, there is a mini-kitchen that includes a sink and a mini-fridge.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea or the yard on one of the two furnished balconies which are part of this accommodation.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the large and well-kept yard.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price.
Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, zanima me smestaj, da li je to cela kuca za izdavanje? I da li postoji opcija da se ubaci pomoćni ležaj, ili ne, posto mi imamo 4 odraslih i 4 dece, deca su 15, 12, 5 i 5 god?obe one mogu spavati sa roditeljima? Hvala na odgovoru, pozdrav.
