Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Theo's House is located in a small resort, Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra Peninsula, Halkidiki. Located in a quiet area, just 100 meters from the beach, it offers you a pleasant atmosphere and relaxation. It is an ideal choice for family holidays and friendly gatherings.
According to its structure, this house is a maisonette on two levels and can accommodate a maximum of seven people. The lower level, which is at the level of the upper ground floor, has a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other bedroom there are two single beds, one of which is a trundle bed. In the living room there is a sofa for two people.
On request, and within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which air conditioners are located on both levels, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
On the upper level, in the hallway, there is also a small kitchen with a sink and a mini fridge.
This property has two balconies, equipped with seating, from which you can enjoy a view of the yard and the sea.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in a large and well-kept yard.
On request, and within the price, pets are welcome.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Theo's House is 6km from Nea Potidea, 10km from the seaside town of Afitos, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 63km from the accommodation.
