Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Olive Tree House is located in the surrounding area, 3km away from the town of Nea Potidea, 4km from Agios Mamas Beach, while the nearest beach is at a distance of 800m.
This ground floor house, intended for accommodation of up to six adults, consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room has a single bed and an extra bed.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower cabin.
