Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Olive Tree House is located in the vicinity of Nea Potidea, 800m from the nearest beach, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The accommodation offers a spacious yard, perfect for relaxation, as well as the possibility to prepare a barbecue.
A single-story house, designed to accommodate up to six adults, consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a single bed. If needed, an additional bed can be provided for the sixth guest.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
On the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy the view of the yard.
Guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as relaxing in the peaceful and spacious yard, which is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, as well as changing the bed linen and towels, which are provided every seven days. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for cleaning the accommodation after guests' departure.
Two parking spaces are available for guests within the courtyard.
