Description
Traditional Villa is a stone house with an area of 140m² on a 2000m² estate, ideal for three families or a larger group of people who want to enjoy privacy. Located right next to the main road, it represents an excellent starting point for exploring the entire peninsula.
The accommodation is situated 5.5km outside the town of Nea Potidea, towards Nea Fokea. It is 650m away from the nearest beach, while the first shops, bakeries and restaurants are about 5km away.
This house spans two levels and can accommodate a total of 12 people. At the front is the entrance on the ground floor, leading directly to the living room with a kitchen and dining area. To the right of the entrance, there are 4-5 steps leading to three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third one has two single beds. In the living room, two people can sleep on the sofa. The living room opens onto a large balcony with outdoor dining area and views of the pool.
In addition to the house, there is an apartment with two bedrooms which has an independent entrance at the back and is located on the ground floor (due to the slope of the terrain, the level described earlier is on the first floor viewed from the back). Although partially located in the basement (below street level) and with windows smaller than standard, this apartment is well lit and equally well equipped. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. It is important to note that the apartment only has one air conditioner located in the living room, which is sufficient to cool the entire space.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets and blinds on the windows, a baby cot and a high chair on request, a washing machine (on the lower level), a hairdryer, an iron, a main kitchen that is fully equipped and includes a large fridge with freezer, a flat hob with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lower level has kitchen cabinets and utensils, but there is no fridge and stove. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available for them to change as needed. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations.
The yard is spacious and represents a true oasis for enjoyment - the lawns are meticulously maintained and there is a heated pool of unusual shape with a shallow area for children, umbrellas, sun loungers and canopies. Below the gazebo, there is a built-in barbecue. Pets are allowed in the enclosed yard upon request and for an additional fee.
In the fenced yard, there is private parking for a maximum of two cars. It is also possible to park in front of the house.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing through the village of Nea Potidea and the EKO gas station at the exit, after 200m you will turn right at the junction and shortly after that you will turn left at the first turn. After the next 200m, turn right and continue straight for another 2.6km until you see Traditional Villa on your right.
Just like its name suggests, this villa exudes a traditional spirit and the warmth of a family home, making it an ideal choice for large families with children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
