Owner description
Traditional Villa is located in a peaceful location, a few kilometers outside the town of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula. The nearest beach is 650m away, while the organized beach in Nea Potidea is 5km away. The accommodation is open throughout the year.
It is a two-level house with a total of five bedrooms, designed to accommodate up to 12 people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a small living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Three bedrooms have a double bed, two bedrooms have two single beds each and the living room has a sofa for two.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.
In this air-conditioned accommodation unit, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin.
On warm summer days, overlooking the pool and the yard, guests can spend their time on the balcony equipped with seating furniture.
Within the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard with a private pool and sun loungers, guests have the opportunity to prepare barbecue with family and friends. Throughout the year, guests can enjoy the pool, as there is an option to heat the pool.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, for which the guests are responsible for changing. All reservations are subject to a mandatory cleaning fee.
Private parking is available for guests.
Traditional Villa is 63km away from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki and 5km away from the town of Nea Fokea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
