Hotel Description

Ladina Villa is located in the settlement of Kariotes. In its offer, there are three maisonettes that can accommodate up to 5 people. Guests have at their disposal private parking, wireless internet, a beautifully landscaped yard, seating sets, and dining sets.

The villa is about 900m away from the sea and the beach, 150m from the center of the settlement, 900m from Lygia, and about 2.5km from Lefkada. The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away.

It offers 4+1 maisonettes (68m2) with one double bed on the upper floor and two single beds and a sofa on the ground floor. The upper floor is separated by a door.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven and large fridge), a bathroom on the upper floor, a small WC on the ground floor, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every third day.

You can reach the villa by entering Kariotes from the direction of Lefkada, right at the Kariotes Beach campsite, turning right. Continue for 120m until you reach the villa’s yard on the right side.

Ladina Villa is an ideal choice for families and couples, as well as for those who seek excellent accommodation in a very peaceful environment and very close to Lefkada.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
