Our description
Ladina Vila is located in Kariotes. It has three maisonettes that can accommodate up to 5 people. Guests have at their disposal private parking, Wi-Fi, a nicely landscaped courtyard with shared barbecue, sitting and dining sets and a small children's playground.
The villa is about 900m from the sea and the beach, 150m from the center of the village, 900m from Ligia and about 2.5km from Lefkas.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are about 600m away.
It has 4 +1 maisonettes (68m2) with one double bed upstairs and two single beds and a sofa on the ground floor. The upper floor is separated by a door.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven and large fridge), upstairs bathroom, small ground floor toilet, mosquito nets and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days as well as cleaning.
Ladina Vila is an ideal choice for families and couples, as well as for anyone who wants great accommodation in a very quiet environment and very close to Lefkas.

Owner description
Ladina Villa is the accommodation in Karyotes village, just 3km from Lefkas. It was built in 2008 and consists of three 2-room maisonettes (68m2) for 2-5 people.
The ground floor of the house is fitted with the kitchen equipped with all electric appliances (oven, refrigerator and dishwasher), the dining room, two single beds, A/C and a small WC. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and a terrace overlooking nature.
In the afternoon, in the garden, you can spend unique hours of relaxation while enjoying a cup of coffee. The BBQ is always available for guests who want to spend their evenings cooking and eating in the coolness of the garden, enjoying the peaceful countryside life.
The nearest beach is Ligia (2km). Lefkada has immense natural beauty and it's worth to visit all beaches, especially unforgettable Agiofili, Mikros Gialos and Porto Katsiki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Good evening, I am interested in whether this accommodation is available in the period from 01.07. to 10.07. And what would the price be for that period since it says that the price list has not been updated. I am still interested in whether 3 children would each have their own bed. The children are 17, 16 and 14 years old and 2 adults. Thanks in advance!

Da li ima slobodne tri sobe za 2 cetvoroclane porodice , deca 7,4 godine, 5 i 2 godine, i jednu petoclanu deca 9,5 i3 godine . Hvala .

Ladina Villa je odlično mesto za porodice koje vole da budu izolovane od gužve i buke. Do plaže se mora ići prevozom, ali za one koji žele da obiđu i vide što više to ne predstavlja problem. Smeštaj je konforan, ima dva toaleta, dve klime, dva tv uređaja, odličan internet, čak tri terase, veš mašinu, mašinu za sudove. Vlasnici žive tik do vile tako da su uvek na raspolaganju. Nas su odlično ugostili i ukoliko se odlučimo da ponovo posetimo Lefkadu, sigurno ćemo im se vratiti.

Sve preporuke za smestaj. Domacini su jako gostoljubivi. Klima se ne placa, parking postoji, ogromni apartmani, dvoriste sa rostiljem i sve to jako povoljno. Nikako nemojte dolaziti ovde bez auta jer najbolje plaze su svakako zapadno a autom ce vam trebati oko 25-30 min (u zavisnosti na koju plazu idete). Lidl vam je 5 min od apartmana. Grad je na 8 min.
