Hotel Description

Evrika Studios is located in quiet part of Skala Maries and offers one comfort, high quality and sea view apartment. Parking is provided and there is barbecue for the guests in the garden.

From the center, town beach, pharmacy and taverns, villa Evrika is 500m away. The closest beach is Atspas- Evrika is above the beach in the third row.

The accommodation was built in 2015 and it is consisted of two studios and two apartments.

Apartment has approximately 40m² and it is situated on the second floor. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and the living room with two single beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment is air-conditioned, have TV and both windows and the doors have mosquito nets. In the bathroom, there’s hair dryer. If needed, the owner can give you a small oven. Villa is situated on the hill so the apartment has balcony with beautiful sea view. The access of the internet is available in the entire house.

Cleaning and the replacement of towels and linen are done every three days.

Smaller paved yard with a BBQ is located in front of the villa.

There is no private parking but there is enough space in front of the house to leave your car.

Coming from Prinos turn right 750m after the bridge. Continue driving uphill on the dust road and turn right after 100m. Follow the path for another 200m and you will spot your villa from the left side of the road. The road that leads to the villa is still not paved so the access is a bit difficult.

Villa is a good option for all of you who are looking for the new accommodation with a sea view.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
