Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Potidia Apartments is located in Nea Potidea, Halkidiki, just 450m from a sandy beach. It is an excellent choice for a family vacation or a getaway with a group of friends.
There are three types of accommodation units available.
The studio is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The living room includes two French beds.
The apartment is also on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has one French bed.
The two-bedroom apartment spans two levels and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the first level, which corresponds to the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic space, there is an open sleeping area and a bathroom. The bedrooms each have one French bed, while the open sleeping space in the attic includes another French bed and a sofa for two children.
A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation does not include a TV, but guests have access to free WiFi, a dishwasher (available in one unit), and a kitchenette equipped with a stove with two ceramic burners and a large fridge with a freezer.
On the veranda or balcony, which is furnished with seating, guests can spend their free time and enjoy panoramic views of the sea or the courtyard.
In the well-maintained and beautifully arranged courtyard, guests can enjoy barbecuing with family and friends. Sun loungers are available and can even be taken to the beach free of charge, but they must be returned to the courtyard at the end of the stay.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean unit and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. There is also a shared washing machine available in the building.
Free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
A nearby bakery operates a van every morning, stopping at accommodations to offer fresh pastries for breakfast, which tourists find to be a unique attraction.
Potidia Apartments is 16km from Afitos, 22km from Kallithea, 40km from Pefkochori, and 10km from Sani Beach. The nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 62km away.
