Potidea Apartments is located in the town of Nea Potidea in Halkidiki and is excellent for a family vacation or with a group of friends, 450m away from the sandy beach.
There are three types of accommodation units available.
The studio is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Inside the living room, there are two double beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and a glass partition.
The apartment is also located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Inside the living room and the bedroom, there is one double bed each. The bathroom has a shower tray and a glass partition.
The accommodation unit is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to eight people. On the first level (first-floor level), there is a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. On the second level (attic level), there is a bedroom and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower without a curtain and a shower cabin.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation does not include a TV, but guests have access to free WiFi, mosquito nets, a dishwasher (only in one unit), and a kitchenette with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a panoramic view of the sea or the garden on the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture.
In the well-maintained garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. The replacement of bed linen and towels is done every four days. There is also a communal washing machine in the building.
Free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
Potidea Apartments is 21.5km away from Kallithea, 40km from Pefkohori, and 62km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
