Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Irida Apartments is located in a small fishing village of Nea Skioni, in a quiet street leading to the beach. It offers well-maintained duplex apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people. Guests have access to private parking (limited number of spaces) and internet.
The accommodation is about 70m away from the beach and 50m from the town center.
It consists of two six-bed apartments and four apartments with a capacity of 4+1.
The six-bed apartments are located in the first building when entering the courtyard, one on the high ground floor, and one on the first floor. The apartments have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds; the remaining two beds are sofas. They have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The dining table is located on the terrace. There are enough closets and dressers for storing belongings in the apartments. They also have a bathroom with a shower cabin.
The four 4+1 apartments are located in the second building and are distributed on the first and second floors. These apartments also have two bedrooms with one double bed, or two single beds in the other room. If needed, a fifth, extra bed is added to one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a small stove with two burners, a small oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is located between the two rooms and has a shower cabin.
All apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, and internet.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, and guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their apartment.
Private parking has a limited number of spaces, and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby, up to 200m away. Parking cannot be reserved.

Dear Sir/Madam, Can you please confirm the availability of the apartment for a family of 4 ( two kids, 8 and 12 ) for the period July 27th - August 3rd? We are specifically interested for the apartment with 2 bedrooms ( one with big bed and the other with 2 single beds, pictures 4,5,6,7 and 8/51 ). Thank you!

Zdravo. Da li je apartman 2 Bedroom Apartment (4+1) 45m2, slobodan u periodu od 26.07. do 10.08.2024. godine (15 noćenja) za dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece od 12 godina? Postoji li mogućnost parkiranja kod objekta ili negde u blizini? Da li cene ažurirane u odnosu na prošlu godinu? Hvala!

Poštovani, Da li je dostupan apartman na 1 spratu od 1 do 15og Septembra? Vidum da je 85eura po danu. Da li bi cena bila ista ako je 4 oro odraslih I 3oje dece, od kojih su 2 bebe blizanci od 6 meseci tada I decak 2,5 god.? Imate li 1 ili vise krevetaca za dodati? Hvala Vam
