Hotel Description

Byzantio Hotel Apartments is an accommodation located in the settlement of Valtos, a suburb of Parga, about 200m from the beach of the same name. The accommodation is very well-maintained and clean, with a high level of hygiene. Guests have access to private parking, a shared barbecue, a courtyard with seating sets, a large and children’s pool, a snack bar, an internet corner, a library, and a reception that is open throughout the day.

Parga is about 2km away, while the nearest shop and bakery are about 300m away. Valtos beach is 200 meters away.

There are 51 accommodation units offered, distributed in three buildings.

The units are structured as follows: 2 Bed Room, Luxury (30m²) includes a double bed or two single beds, while 3 Bed Studio, Superior (20m²) features a double bed or two single beds and a sofa. Two-bedroom apartments (Deluxe and Luxury) are about 50m² in size and have a double bed and two single beds.

There are six four-bed maisonettes: 5 Studio, Deluxe (50m²) with one double bed or two joined single beds on an open gallery and two sofas on the lower level, one of which is for one person and the other for two people, as well as the maisonette 3 Bedroom Apartment, Grand (85m²) with three double beds and one sofa. These maisonettes have two toilets, two air conditioners, and two televisions.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, wireless internet, kitchen (stove with two rings, small fridge with a freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker), a large terrace, and a bathroom with a hairdryer.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, with lots of greenery, flowers, and a pool. A shared barbecue is also available.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Parking is provided, but not for all vehicles.

Byzantio Hotel Apartments is an ideal choice for those seeking good accommodation in a peaceful environment, close to the fantastic sandy beach of Valtos.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The minimun number of nights from June until September is 7.
The environmental tax is 2 euros per night.
Breakfast for children under 6 years old is free of charge.
A child under 3 years old can use a cot free of charge.
The third bed in the studios is a comfortable sofa.
Children aged 3-6 years old can sleep with their parents in the bed and there is no extra charge. If a child from 3 to 11 years old needs a bed, there is an extra charge of 7 euros per night.
