Description
One of the most popular accommodations for PargaByzantio Hotel Apartments is an accommodation located in the settlement of Valtos, a suburb of Parga, approximately 200m from the beach of the same name. The accommodation is very well-maintained, and hygiene is at a high level. Guests have at their disposal private parking, a shared barbecue, a courtyard with seating sets, a large and children's pool, a snack bar, an internet corner, a library, and a reception that is open throughout the day.
Parga is about 2km away. The nearest store and bakery are about 300m away. Valtos beach is just 200 meters away.
There are 26 accommodation units available, spread across three buildings.
Ten studios are for up to three people (20m2) with one double bed and a sofa.
Eight studios are for up to four people (24m2) with one double bed and two sofas.
Six are four-bed maisonettes (50m2) with one double bed or two connected single beds on the upper floor and two sofas on the lower floor. These maisonettes have two toilets, two air conditioners, and two televisions. There are also two four-bed duplex apartments (45m2) with one double bed or two single beds in two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, wireless internet, kitchen (stove with two burners, small refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, and coffee maker), a large terrace, and a bathroom with a hairdryer.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of greenery and flowers, and a pool. A shared barbecue is also available.
Parking is provided, but not for all vehicles.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
