Byzantio Hotel Apartments is the accommodation in Valtos, a suburb of Parga, about 200m from the homonymous beach. The accommodation is well preserved and maintained, and hygiene is at a high level. Facilities include private parking, shared barbecue, yard with outdoor furniture, large and children’s pool, snack bar, internet corner, library and a reception throughout the day.
Parga is about 2km away. The nearest shop and bakery are at about 300m.
They offer 26 accommodation units:
- 10 studios for a maximum of three people (20m2) with one double and a sofa bed.
- Eight studios for a maximum of four people (24m2) with one double and two sofa beds.
- Six quadruple maisonettes (50m2) with one double or two connected single beds on the upper part and two sofa beds in the lower part of the maisonette, two toilets, two air conditioners and two TV sets.
- Two quadruple duplex apartments (45m2) with one double, i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, kitchen (two-burner stove, a small refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and a coffee maker), bathroom with a hairdryer and a large terrace.
Cleaning is done on a daily basis, and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
Parking is provided, but not for all vehicles. There’s also a shared barbecue in the yard.
Go through Parga and turn at the crossroads towards Valtos beach. When you reach the beach, take a right before the Tango beach bar and continue ahead for 350m. At the Exotic bar turn left and 200m later you will see Byzantio Hotel Apartments on the left.

Byzantio Hotel Apartments is located at an ideal location, behind the Venetian Castle of Parga, only 200m from the most beautiful cosmopolitan beach, Chrissogiali Valtos.
In a lush-green environment of two acres in a Venetian olive grove, we have created a wonderful family atmosphere for all those wishing for a peaceful holiday by the sea, and so close to the centre of Parga. Byzantion Hotel Apartments can satisfy the most demanding customers, providing all modern amenities, luxurious service, a spacious private parking area, and most important, friendly service.
The Tsovilis family has been active in tourism since 1954 when their restaurant (then cafe) named O Sakis was established, near the Venetian Castle of Parga. In 1987 the construction of the Byzantio Hotel Apartments began, on the beach of Chrissogiali (Valtos) in the family’s olive groves. In 1999 the second building of the complex was constructed, to which a pool and bar were added in 2000. In 2004 the first building was renovated, to be in keeping with the modern comforts which our guests demand. Up to the present day, the family strives to constantly improve its know-how and level of services in the field they love, tourism. Supporters of this long-lived effort are our clients, who over the years have become our friends and a living part of our history.
The accommodation consists of 22 studios, a Superior studio for 2-3 persons and six quadruple apartments.
Accommodation units are spacious and provide a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony with a view of the garden or the pool, free wireless internet access (WiFi), private parking and access to the pool and its amenities.
Studio (20m2) is a comfortable room with a private balcony overlooking the garden or the pool. The predominance of wood in the décor complements the other rooms. The room is fully equipped and offers a kitchen, satellite television, air-conditioning, fridge, bathroom, hairdryer, toiletries and wireless internet access.
Superior Studio (24m2) is a spacious room with a private veranda offering a view of the hotel’s gardens. The design includes granite, wooden furniture and single or double beds. The superior studio has a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, a satellite TV, air conditioning, safe box, fridge, bathroom, hairdryer, personal care products and internet access (WiFi).
Deluxe Apartment (47m2) offers two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is ideal for families, with a veranda overlooking the green garden or the pool. The kitchen located in a separate space from the bedrooms has a dining area for four people, it’s very comfortable and fully equipped. The bedrooms are decorated with aristocratic wooden furniture, with single and double beds. The apartment offers a dining room, fridge, satellite television, air-conditioning, safe box, hairdryer, toiletries and wireless internet access.
Deluxe Maisonette (49m2) is a luxury apartment that can host up to five persons. Wood dominates the decoration from the floor to the furniture and the roof. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room with one or two sofa beds that can be transformed into one single and one double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the beautiful handmade wooden stairs, you can access the upper floor where you will find a bedroom with one double or two single beds and a toilet. From the ground floor, you have access to the large veranda where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden. It’s an ideal choice for couples seeking luxury and families looking for spacious and comfortable accommodation. Deluxe Maisonette features a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and a fridge, bedroom, bathroom, large veranda, satellite TV, A/C, hairdryer, safe box, toiletries and WiFi internet.
Executive Grand Maisonette (85m2) is a massive apartment where the wooden handmade furniture and the style exude luxury and quality. It consists of a ground and an upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a shower room. Handmade wooden stairs lead to the upper floor with two separate bedrooms (with one double i.e. two single beds) and a toilet. The ground floor has access to the large veranda with a view of the beautiful garden. In conjunction with the unique beauty of Parga, this apartment is ideal for families or friends of up to seven persons. Executive Grand Maisonette features a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and fridge, three bedrooms, bathroom, shower and WC, large veranda, satellite TV, A/C, hairdryer, safe box and toiletries.
One of the most beautiful areas of our hotel is the pool area and the bar. The ideal place to relax while hearing the sounds of the small river which flows nearby and the relaxing summertime music! For our junior friends, there is a children’s pool of 10m2 and for adults, there is a 100m2. The surrounding area is fully equipped with free sunbeds, sun umbrellas, small tables, showers, and changing rooms.
Next to the pool, you will find the snack bar. A beautiful spot surrounded by age-old plane trees where you can enjoy your coffee, cool drinks, and of course the Ouzo Tsovilis, traditionally produced by the family for 40 years. In this area, you can also enjoy a sumptuous breakfast of your choice at any time, as well as ice cream, salads and cold or hot dishes.
You can connect to the internet via WiFi, choose one of our books from our small library or enjoy yourself with one of our table games which we offer. The bar is open daily from 8:00 until Midnight.

- Prices in Apartments and Grand Maisonette refer to four adults.
- Infants (0-2,99) stay free of charge (a baby cot is free upon request).
- A child aged 0-5,99 years is not charged for breakfast.
- A child aged 3-5,99 years stays free of charge sharing the bed with the parents.
- Overnight stay tax is 0,50e per room per night.
- A child aged 3-11,99 years is charged 6e per night, sleeps in a sofa bed.
- An additional adult (12+) is charged 9e per night, sleeps in a sofa bed.
- Continental breakfast (served in the pool bar) is charged 7e for adults, i.e. 5e for children aged 7-11,99 years, per person per day.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
