Villa Rania is located in the complex of private villas "Simonitiko" in Sithonia, just 190 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Agia Kiriaki. The spacious villa of 130 m² is ideal for larger groups or families, providing comfort for up to 8 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. In the basement, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and a bathroom.
The villa features air conditioning, internet, and TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The villa has a private garden with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor enjoyment, as well as parking space for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
