Eleni 4 Seasons Apartments is a relatively new accommodation in a quiet location in Hanioti, at about 70m from the beach. It offers comfortable accommodation units for 2-5 people. It’s located in a quiet environment, but very close to the center and the promenade, so evening entertainment is very easy to access.

The center is approximately 200m away, while the nearest supermarket and bakery are at 100m.

Double apartments (about 25m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and another armchair in the kitchen. Triple apartments (30m2) have one double and a sofa bed. Two quadruple duplex apartments (about 65m2) have two bedrooms and a kitchen with a sofa bed so that up to five persons can be accommodated here.

There are also two four-bed studios - New Deluxe. In this type of bed unit, one double bed and a sofa are available, which are intended for either two children up to 12 years of age or for one adult. One is located on the ground floor and in front of it there are chairs and tables especially for the guests of this unit, while the other is located right above it, on the first floor and it is identically equipped. The New Deluxe apartments are also identically furnished as the New Deluxe studios, but what differentiates them is that the apartments have one bedroom while the studios do not have a door that separates the living room from the rest of the studio. One apartment is located in the back part of the accommodation, on the ground floor, while the other New Deluxe apartment has a view of the sea and is located on the first floor.

The kitchens are fully equipped, have a hot plater with two rings, while duplex apartments have an oven.

Duplex apartments have shower cabins, while the smaller apartments have an edged shower-bath.

All the apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet access and a large terrace with sitting furniture. Mosquito nets exist only in duplex apartments. If you need to wash laundry during a stay, you can contact the friendly owners.

Bed linen is replaced in the middle of the stay, while the cleaning and towels replacement is after two days.

The yard is very nicely decorated and has a beautiful lawn and barbecue, it’s fenced and safe for children’s play. In addition, guests of this accommodation can also use the children’s playground across the hotel Naias.

They do not have private parking, but guests can easily find a parking place nearby because the accommodation is not in the center.

The beautiful ambience, friendly hosts and the distance from the city bustle, as well as the fact that you’re only a few minutes of an easy walk from the content of the vivid Hanioti, will surely make your holiday pleasant, whether you are a family with children or couples who prefer a romantic holiday.

The apartment is decent, but I believe the price is quite high, as the hotel across the street, with breakfast included, is 10% cheaper.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
