Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Stella Apartment, located 800 meters from the city beach in Nikiti, offers a perfect blend of comfort and proximity to all local amenities. It is an ideal choice for families seeking a relaxed and carefree holiday, enjoying the proximity to the beach and city attractions.
The apartment, which is on the ground floor, can accommodate four adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi internet, an Android TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
