Spiridoula Apartment is situated in an exceptionally tranquil and pleasant location. There is only one apartment available, offering guests private parking and a barbecue area for an even more enjoyable and relaxed vacation.

This accommodation is located in Nea Peramos, about 1 km from the town beach.

There is only one apartment (35m2) on the ground floor, designed for up to four people, or two adults and two children. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed where two children can sleep.

Guests have access to a tea kitchen with a large refrigerator, small oven with two hotplates, kettle, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower tub without a cabin or curtain. The unit is equipped with mosquito nets, and cleaning, towel and linen change are done halfway through the stay.

There is a seating area in front of the unit that guests can use. Additionally, there is ample parking space in front of the accommodation, so you don’t need to worry about that.

All praise for the owners. The accommodation is very tidy, clean, well-kept, and new. Parking is provided, it is not located in the very center, there is no crowd and no parking problems.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
