Owner description
Spiridoula Apartment is located in Nea Peramos in Kavala. It is on the ground floor and is in a quiet location, making it ideal for a family vacation.
The apartment offers TV and free wireless Internet, and consists of one French bed and one pull-out sofa that can sleep two children. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a small oven with two burners, as well as a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower, and half of the stay is cleaned and towels and bed linen are changed.
The accommodation includes a large veranda with a private barbecue, and private parking is also available.
The beach is about 1km from the accommodation, so it is good to come with your own vehicle.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Неодамна се вративме од Неа Перамос и престојувавме во Spiridoula апартман. Впечатоците се прекрасни. Апартманот е комфорен, многу чист, креветите се удобни за спиење. Опремен е со сите потребни ствари за удобен одмор. Поради оддалеченоста од центарот на местото, навечер е многу тивко и пријатно за седење во дворот. Сопственикот на апартманот е многу љубезен и спремен да одговори на сите прашања. Градската плажа е на 1км, а на само 2.5 км од смештајот се наоѓа најубавата плажа во овој регион Ammolofoi beach.

Apartman e prekrasan, nov, opremen sa sve u kyjni, ima i fen i peglu.kako e na slike tako e u jave. U dvoriste nema bas mesto ama ima masa i 4 stolice. Tivkl opkruzenje al nogu daleko iz plaze.ima gde parkirati auto , gazda je veomq ljubezan.
