Accommodation description

Marina’s House is located in the village of Palio, not far from the beach. This studio, which is part of a family house, is situated in a quiet part of the settlement and is ideal for a family vacation.

The beach is 400m away from the accommodation, while the nearest market is located 230m away.

This is a 36m2 studio, located in the basement, and can accommodate four people. The living room with kitchen and dining area contains two sofas for one person each, while in the other part of the room (partially separated by a screen) there is a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom.

Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.

In this air-conditioned studio, guests have access to the internet, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

In the beautifully landscaped yard, there is a private barbecue, a table with chairs, as well as a small playground for children. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning of the studio, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay for reservations over seven days.

There is no parking provided for guests, but in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street, free parking spaces can be found.

Marina’s House is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy the peace and comfort of a family home, and you will also have a great starting point for exploring local attractions and beautiful beaches in the area.

We spent 6 days in this accommodation. Marina is a wonderful woman, warm and pleasant. Everything is extremely clean and tidy, the bedding and towels smell wonderful, and you have everything you need. The location is excellent, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are also a couple of restaurants nearby. Palio is a wonderful, peaceful place to отдых with children, and Nea Iraklitsa and Kavala are nearby if you want a bit more content.

Marina is such a warm and generous host. She treated us to homemade croissants and cakes, and provided plenty of sweets for our children. The place was impeccably clean—the cleanest I've ever experienced in Greece. The sheets were ironed, and the towels smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. As for the location, it's extremely convenient, just a five-minute walk from the area’s best beach and several good restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
