Hotel Description

Marina’s House is located in the village of Palio, not far from the beach. This studio, which is part of a family house, is situated in a peaceful part of the settlement and is ideal for a family vacation.

The town center is 300m away, while the nearest market is located at 180m.

The beach is at a distance of 200m from the accommodation.

It is a 36m2 studio apartment, located in the basement and can accommodate four adults. It consists of two rooms: one with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and two sofas for one person each, and the other room with a double bed and a separate bathroom.

Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.

In this air-conditioned studio, guests have free WiFi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

Right in front of the entrance to this studio, you can enjoy a beautifully landscaped garden with a private barbecue, a table with chairs for your relaxation, and a small playground for children.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Cleaning of the studio, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay for reservations over seven days.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking spot can be found nearby along the street.

Marina’s House is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy the peace and comfort of a family home, as well as have a great starting point for visiting local attractions and beautiful beaches in the area, considering the studio is 8km away from the center of Kavala itself.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
