Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Marina's House is located in the seaside town of Palio in Kavala, on the Aegean coast, opposite the island of Thassos. This studio, which is part of a family house, is located in a quiet part of the village and is ideal for a family vacation. It is located 350 meters from the nearest beach and 100 meters from a mini-market for everyday needs, providing you with a pleasant and relaxing vacation. In addition to enjoying peace and comfort, you will also have an excellent starting point for visiting local sights and beautiful beaches in the area. Tosca beach is 1.9km away, Batis beach is 3.9km away, while Nea Iraklitsa beach is 5.5km from the accommodation.
This studio is located in the basement and can accommodate four adults. It has one room in which there is a living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a separate sleeping area, as well as a separate bathroom. This studio has a double bed and a sofa for two people.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
In this air-conditioned studio, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
