Accommodation description

Sole Apartment is located in the small village of Paralia Dionisiou, just 50m from the sandy beach with natural shade. It has been renovated, has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. In addition to the proximity of the beach, the main advantages are a large terrace, which is accessed from each room, and two parking spaces.

The nearest market and bakery are at 70m, and a restaurant at 30m.

The apartment (60m2) is on the first floor. From the hallway you enter one bedroom, and from there the other two rooms, separated from the first by a sliding door. The first bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, the second room also has two single beds, and the third has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has a large stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a washing machine.

The apartment is air conditioned (one large air conditioner that covers all rooms), has internet, TV in each bedroom, hair dryer and baby cot.

Guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment during their stay. Bed linen is changed after five days (a clean set is provided). Towels are available on request at an additional cost (20 euros per shift).

We were there at the start of September. The accommodation is excellent, highly recommended. It has everything you need, and more. The owner is exceptionally kind and trustworthy. The location is superb, near the beach, with a covered parking space.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
