Hotel Description

Sole Apartment is located in the small village of Paralia Dionisiou, just 50m from the sandy beach with natural shade. It has been renovated, has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. In addition to the proximity of the beach, the main advantages are a large terrace, which is accessed from each room, and two parking spaces.

The nearest market and bakery are at 70m, and a restaurant at 30m.

The apartment (60m2) is on the first floor. From the hallway you enter one bedroom, and from there the other two rooms, separated from the first by a sliding door. The first bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, the second room also has two single beds, and the third has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has a large stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a washing machine.

The apartment is air conditioned (one large air conditioner that covers all rooms), has internet, TV in each bedroom, hair dryer and baby cot.

Guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment during their stay. Bed linen is changed after five days (a clean set is provided). Towels are available on request at an additional cost (20 euros per shift).

We visited the Sole Apartment in Paralia Dionisiou at the beginning of June. The apartment is situated in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the promenade.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

The remaining amount should be paid no later than 10 days prior to arrival to the accommodation.
Prices are per room per night based on ¹⁰⁄₁₁ overnights in shifts .
