The Carmen Seaview maisonettes are located in a peaceful place called Sozopoli, in Halkidiki, in the front row to the sandy beach. There are two maisonettes available, situated within a complex of buildings, each capable of accommodating up to 8 guests.

Both maisonettes (90m2) are identical. They are spread over three levels. On the first level (partially in the basement), there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a living room with a dining area, a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a sofa bed for two. On the second floor, the top level, there is one bedroom with a double bed.

The maisonettes are air-conditioned (with one air conditioning unit on the top level). Guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

The kitchens are equipped with two hobs, refrigerators with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Both maisonettes have two bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub, while the one on the second floor has a shower cabin.

From the terraces, furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy a sea view. They can also relax on the sun loungers by the pool, which are available for use.

Within the enclosed yard, guests also have access to a shared barbecue.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning is done every five days, while bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days of stay.

Guests can park on the street and there is usually enough space.

This accommodation is especially recommended for larger families and groups seeking a peaceful vacation, in a place located right by the beach, with the added possibility of enjoying the pool and a pleasant view of the sea.

If you seek a tranquil retreat away from the noise, Sozopol is undoubtedly the place for you. The apartment is situated right by the sea, and it includes a bar where you can enjoy your ordered drinks while using the sun loungers all day long, with no extra charges for the loungers and umbrella. A market and a bakery are nearby, along with a few restaurants along the coast. It is a lovely spot if you desire peace with your family and children. Perhaps most importantly, the prices at restaurants and bars are quite reasonable; you can have lunch for €8, and beer costs €4-5. There is also a small playground for children. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
