Carmen Seaview maisonettes are located in the quiet town of Sozopol, Halkidiki, in the first row to the sandy beach. We offer two maisonettes located in the complex of buildings, which can host 8 people each.
Both maisonettes have three levels.
On the first level (partially in the basement) there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a living room with a dining room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa for two people, which can be extended.
On the second floor, the last level, there is one bedroom with a double bed.
The maisonettes are air-conditioned (they have one air conditioner on the last level). Free WiFi internet, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets and hair dryer are available to guests.
The kitchens are fully equipped, both have two hotplates, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Both maisonettes have a bathroom and an additional toilet. One bathroom has a shower cabin, and the other has a bathtub.
Guests can spend warm summer days, overlooking the sea, on a fenced veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture.
In the fenced yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. There is one communal barbecue at guests’ disposal.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior request and agreement.
Cleaning and bed linen change is done every 3 days.
Guests can park on the street and there is usually plenty of space. The number of parking spaces within the complex is limited.
Carmen Seaview maisonettes are 7 km from Nea Flogita, 16 km from Nea Mudanje, and 38 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

If you seek a tranquil retreat away from the noise, Sozopol is undoubtedly the place for you. The apartment is situated right by the sea, and it includes a bar where you can enjoy your ordered drinks while using the sun loungers all day long, with no extra charges for the loungers and umbrella. A market and a bakery are nearby, along with a few restaurants along the coast. It is a lovely spot if you desire peace with your family and children. Perhaps most importantly, the prices at restaurants and bars are quite reasonable; you can have lunch for €8, and beer costs €4-5. There is also a small playground for children. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- For reservations for period from 15.06.2026 to 31.07.2026, for stays of 3 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 160 euros per day.
