Hotel Description

Assos Garden Apartment is a new accommodation in a quiet part of Pefkohori. It’s neat, clean, comfortable and modernly equipped. The owners are very kind and unobtrusive. The advantages of this accommodation are a peaceful location, private parking, barbecue and a sandy beach in the immediate vicinity.

The beach is at 180 m, the city center is at 500 m, while the closest supermarket and bakery are at just 100 m. More about nearby beaches read here.

The apartment (60 m2) is located on the first floor and has two levels. You enter the living room (where there is an air conditioner), and to the left and right is a bedroom. Narrow wooden stairs lead from the living room to the gallery, which is open, without a door (not in use). On the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, coffee machine, stove and oven, a bathroom with a shower, a living room and two bedrooms (with one double and two single beds).

The apartment is air-conditioned, and it has a TV, internet, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, fireplace, and three balconies with the comfortable sitting furniture, awning and tumble dryers, as well as a built-in barbecue and the shower.

There are no towels. Bed linen is replaced (owners will bring fresh set) on the half of the stay for over seven overnights. The guests take care of cleaning by themselves.

The parking lot is in front of the building.

In order to reach The Assos Garden Apartment, you should turn off the main road by Panagiotidis (Παναγιωτίδης) bakery, to the left towards the beach.

An excellent apartment (duplex), exceptionally comfortable, situated in a prime location near the most beautiful part of the beach, with a remarkably kind owner.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
