Danai House in Nea Rodha offers two accommodation units, a duplex apartment for a maximum of eight people and a quadruple apartment with one bedroom. It is located in a quiet location, in a large courtyard with lawn, perfect for enjoyment, children’s play and socializing. The accommodation also has parking for three cars.
It’s located about 350m from the beach, center, grocery store and all the facilities that this place offers, on a slight elevation.
The duplex apartment (110m2) is on the first floor viewed from the front, i.e. ground floor viewed from the back. It has a large terrace with beautiful sea view, a TV, internet and three air conditioners (in the living room and in the bedrooms). In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two, one single sofa bed and a sofa bed for one child behind the wall. The living room leads to the kitchen with a seating set, as well as another single sofa bed. The kitchen has a stove with a ceramic plate, a large fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave and all necessary dishes. There’s also a feeding chair available. Each bedroom has one double bed and a wardrobe, and a baby cot is also available. The bathroom is new, with a shower, washing machine and hairdryer, and from 2019 there is one toilet also, subsequently made. This apartment is ideal for two families or one large family.
The quadruple apartment (50m2) is ideal for a family of four. It is located on the ground floor, has an independent entrance, internet, TV, two air conditioners and a sea view. The spacious bedroom has one double bed, and if necessary, a baby cot can be added free of charge. The living room has a sofa bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator with freezer, large stove, extractor, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower, and it also has a washing machine and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after four nights, while the guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartment.
There’s a shower, barbecue and sink in the courtyard.

Danai House is located in Nea Roda, on Ierissos Bay, near to Mount Athos. It is built on a small slope with panoramic view to the village, sea and one part of Athos. It is 350 meters far from the sea, accessible by foot. The beach stretches along the entire place and continues outside the settlement. In the large pedestrian area of the village, you will find taverns, cafes, pastry shops, pizzerias, supermarket and playgrounds for children. Close to Nea Roda is beautiful and large Komitsa beach which extends to the Athos, overlooking the island of Amouliani. The beach is surrounded by shallow sea ideal for children and adults. At the distance of 1km you can visit the island Amouliani by ferry and 15km away is Ouranoupolis from where you can take a boat to Mount Athos.
The house was built on a plot of 1000m2 and is surrounded by fruit trees and lawn. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a wardrobe, computer desk and terrace with a sea view. It is possible to add a baby cot if needed. The bathroom is spacious, has a hairdryer and a washing machine. The large living room has a fireplace, three sofas with the possibility of adding a fourth bed if necessary. From the living room, you can reach a large terrace with table and chairs, from where you can enjoy the view to the village and the sea, have breakfast or enjoy meals, drink beer and relax with friends. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with fridge, cooker with ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, microwave, toaster, espresso machine. A nice sea view is also available from a dining room.
House is situated in a quiet location away from the noise, which will make your holiday even better. Free WiFi internet and parking space are also available. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.

The bathroom is spacious and it’s equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels replacement are performed after four days.

Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
