Description
Lina Apartment is located in the center of Pefkohori, close to all amenities. It is a renovated and comfortable accommodation and can host up to six people. It is located in a private apartment complex, in a small courtyard.
The sandy beach is about 230m from the accommodation, while markets, restaurants, cafes and shops are about 50m from the accommodation.
This apartment is located on the high ground floor/first floor.
It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and kitchen in which there is a pull-out sofa suitable for two people.
The kitchen opens onto a terrace overlooking the yard. Both bedrooms also have terraces and all terraces have seating and awnings.
The kitchen is fully equipped - a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, as well as the necessary dishes for preparing food.
The renovated bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has internet access, TV, hair dryer, iron and mosquito nets.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment. For stays longer than seven nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided, for guests to change themselves if necessary, and this service is included in the price.
There is no private parking, so guests park their cars along the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
