Our description
Maja Apartment is an accommodation in a quiet part of Pefkohori and is close to all amenities. It is located in a private building complex, in a small landscaped yard. The sandy beach and the center are about 300m away, while a large market, bakery and fishmonger are 30-50m away.
The maisonette has a kitchen with a living room on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a hob with two hotplates, a large fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. In the living room there is a TV and a pull-out sofa, as well as a pull-out sofa. The living room leads to the veranda (which is in the basement in relation to the street). It is equipped with a table and chairs and guests can also dine here. The bedrooms have double beds, and one of the rooms has a terrace, which looks out onto the street. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
The maisonette is air-conditioned (one air conditioner on each floor), has WiFi internet, hair straightener, hair dryer and iron.
Guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided and their use is charged extra.
Private parking is not provided, but you can park your car about 30m from the accommodation.
After entering Pefkohori from the direction of Hanioti, turn right after the Masoutis hypermarket, then on the left, look for the gate with the inscription "σγγρότημα ΤΡΙΑΙΝΑ 2". The maisonette is located on the ground floor of the building to the right of the entrance.

Owners description
Maja Apartment is a relatively new accommodation (2008) for 2-8 people, tucked away in a quiet part of Pefkohori, close to all amenities. It is located in a private complex of houses, in a small landscaped yard, surrounded by greenery. Guests are welcome all year round. The sandy beach and the center are about 200m away, while at 30-50m are a large market, bakery and fish market.
Maisonette (78m2) has a kitchen with living room on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove, large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and electric kettle. The living room has a TV, one bed and a sofa bed, as well as a dining table. In front there is a terrace with table and chairs, where guests can dine. The bedrooms have double beds. The bathroom has a shower.
Also, the penthouse has two air conditioners, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Internet is available, as well as a hairdryer and iron.
Guests take care of the hygiene of the apartment. The apartment has towels and bed linen (their use is extra).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
