Accommodation description
Liofos Studios is the accommodation on the west side of the island in the traditional village Kalamitsi, 4km from the beach.
There is six fully equipped studios for 2-3 people and one apartment for 2-4 people.
Most units have views of the Ionian Sea. Only the apartment and one three-bed studio on the ground floor overlook the courtyard.
Our aim is your pleasant stay and a quiet escape from city noises.
At a distance of 50m is a playground. In the village, you will find traditional taverns and mini-markets.
Facilities include A/C, TV, kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and private parking.
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

We have just returned from Sarti, where we have vacationed several times. The first time we stayed at Waves, thanks to Nikana :) and we are extremely satisfied. Everything is just as depicted in the pictures. We did not expect to have such a large terrace, and we were thrilled! Namely, all apartments with a sea view have smaller terraces (the advantage is that this part of the house faces the sea and is very breezy), while the apartments without a sea view face a street filled with various shops, cafes, etc. It is not noisy, even though in the evenings it is crowded with tourists strolling down that street. The location of the house is excellent, as the sea is right in front, and everything you need is nearby. A butcher, pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, everything is just a few steps from the house. The location is truly excellent! Each apartment has air conditioning that is included in the price, so you can turn it on when necessary. The owner, Irini, is very kind, approachable, and pleasant. The staff working (i.e., rushing around) in the pizzeria and café (which is on the beach) are also wonderful, attentive, and always cheerful. They will change your linens and towels after 5 days of your stay, i.e., halfway through your vacation. Thank you once again to Nikana and her team for ensuring that we can vacation without any problems and in accommodation that is truly as presented! :)

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
