Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Liofos Studios is the accommodation on the west side of the island in the traditional village Kalamitsi, 4km from the beach.
There is six fully equipped studios for 2-3 people and one apartment for 2-4 people.
Most units have views of the Ionian Sea. Only the apartment and one three-bed studio on the ground floor overlook the courtyard.
Our aim is your pleasant stay and a quiet escape from city noises.
At a distance of 50m is a playground. In the village, you will find traditional taverns and mini-markets.
Facilities include A/C, TV, kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and private parking.
