Stella’s House is an accommodation in Paradissos area, in Neos Marmaras, near the popular beach awarded with the Blue Flag. It’s regularly maintained and offers bright and neat rooms equipped with everything that’s necessary for a quality holiday. It’s situated on a quiet location surrounded by greenery, outside the busy streets, crowds and noise, it has an arranged courtyard for socializing, enjoying and relaxing, as well as a covered and secure private parking.
The famous Paradissos beach, featuring taverns and various bars, is about 350m away. The closest supermarket is at 400m and the bakery is at 450m. Neos Marmaras center is less than 1km away, and the city beach is about 2km away.
Double, triple and quadruple studios are available, as well as one quadruple apartment. The studios consist of a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Double studios are intended for a maximum of two adults and are located on the elevated ground floor or the first floor. They feature two joined single beds. Triple studios are located on the elevated ground floor or the first floor, can accommodate up to three adults, and offer different bed arrangements. Some studios have three single beds, some have one double bed and a sofa bed for one person, while others have two joined single beds and a sofa bed for one person.
Quadruple studios can accommodate up to three adults and one child. They are located on the ground floor or the first floor. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons or with two single beds.
One quadruple studio is designed as a maisonette and extends over two levels. On the lower level, which is on the elevated ground floor, there is a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a double bed, while the upper level, located in the attic, features an open gallery with another double bed.
The quadruple apartment is located on the elevated ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room contains two joined single beds.
A baby cot is available upon request and at an additional charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, as well as a kitchenette equipped with two cooking rings and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided, and they are changed after the third night, when cleaning service is also performed. Laundry service is available at an additional charge.
At the front of the house, there is a nicely arranged paved area with plenty of seating sets and sun umbrellas, designed for relaxation, socializing, or reading. In the green part of the yard, there are two outdoor showers, a built-in barbecue, and a children’s playground area. Parking is available within the property grounds, covered and secure, with enough space for all guests.
At the BP gas station, turn off the main road toward the Paradisos area, then after approximately 250 meters turn right into the street and you will reach the accommodation.

The villa sits in a tranquil area near the city. It offers a spotless studio with a large terrace and mosquito nets. The landlady is kind and unobtrusive.

Apartment in an excellent location, impeccably clean; during a 3–4 day stay, bed linen and towels are changed and cleaning is performed. A major advantage is parking in the shade.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
