Description
Magdas house is located in Pefkohori, 700m away from the beach.
It is a two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor. It takes up the whole floor. In one room there are two united single beds on which two adults with a child up to 12 years old can sleep. In the second bedroom there is one single bed and one extra bed is also provided. A total of five people can stay in the accommodation.
It has air conditioning, two fans, WiFi, TV, iron, washing machine and hair dryer. It has an anti-mosquito system as well as a fireplace that can be used in winter because it is an apartment that is rented out all year round.
In the kitchen there is an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a small oven, one hot plate, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea from a distance.
Cleaning is done upon departure and arrival of guests, but cleaning products are provided that guests can use themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, but an additional set of bed linen and towels is also provided.
Small pets are allowed on prior request.
Parking is free and is located on the street. During July and August it is harder to find it.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
