One of the most popular accommodations for Pefkohori**Theramvos Apartments is located in the center of Pefkohori, less than 100m from the beach. It offers studios and apartments (only apartments are available for online booking), which are furnished simply and decently, with well preserved furniture, since the property is not of a recent date. **
Studios (30m2) in the same room have four single beds and a kitchen. They are very comfortable and the terrace is long and medium in width.
Two apartments (40m2) consist of a bedroom with a double bed or two connected single beds and of living room, separated by door, with a kitchen and a sofa bed that has another bed underneath it (with almost a standard mattress). The duplex apartment has two completely separate bedrooms (with one double or two single beds) and a kitchen.
All units have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and tableware and mini-stove with oven, TV, internet, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathroom and terrace. The safe exists within the office that belong to the owner.
Linen and towels are changed every three days (with the agreement of the owner on the spot), and guests themselves maintain hygiene during their stay.
Private parking is not provided, so guests need to park nearby.

Owner description
The Theramvos villa is located in Halkidiki, in the place of Pefkohori, at a distance of around 100km from Thessaloniki.
The villa is situated nearby the sea, which is a little more than 50m away from, and it is a few meters away from other contents, stores, restaurants and the nightlife.
The villa contains double, triple and quadruple studios and apartments.
All units have a completely equipped kitchen which is divided by the wall from the part of the studio for sleeping, air conditioning, a TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a private bathroom, a terrace and free wireless internet.
If you want accommodation in a great location, nearby all the contents, the Theramvos apartments may be a great choice.
Priveleged location: Close to the sea (just 50 meters), a calm bay with shallow and crystal clear water, just a step away from shops, restaurants and nightlife of Pefkohori village. It is by far the ideal setting for a summer vacation for you and your family, or friends. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, zanimaju me 2 apartmana. U jednom ako ima 5 kreveta, jer bi tu bili dečaci starrosti 17/18 godina i jedan za dvoje studio za supruga i mene, koji bi bili blizu ili pored kako bi mogli da kontrolišemo momke. Vreme boravka od 18- 28.08.'24. Hvala
