Hotel Description
**Theramvos Apartments is located in the center of Pefkohori, less than 100m from the beach. It offers studios and apartments (only apartments are available for online booking), which are furnished simply and decently, with well preserved furniture, since the property is not of a recent date. **
Studios (30m2) in the same room have four single beds and a kitchen. They are very comfortable and the terrace is long and medium in width. Two apartments (40m2) consist of a bedroom with a double bed or two connected single beds and of living room, separated by door, with a kitchen and a sofa bed that has another bed underneath it (with almost a standard mattress). The duplex apartment has two completely separate bedrooms (with one double or two single beds) and a kitchen.
All units have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and tableware and mini-stove with oven, TV, internet, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathroom and terrace. The safe exists within the office that belong to the owner.
Linen and towels are changed every three days (with the agreement of the owner on the spot), and guests themselves maintain hygiene during their stay.
Private parking is not provided, so guests need to park nearby.

The most beautiful accommodation we have ever experienced, with friendly people. Everything changes frequently every two days, and they also provide secured parking.

A very clean and comfortable apartment, the location is excellent, and the bedding is changed every three days. The owners of the accommodation are exceptionally kind.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
- For the period from July 16th to August 25th, the minimum stay is seven nights, while in all other periods, the minimum stay is five nights.
