Accommodation description

Pavlos Helios Villa is located in a peaceful area in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra Peninsula, 350m away from the sandy beach.

The Masoutis and Discount supermarkets are situated at a distance of 1.3km, while the famous Lemonis bakery is 450m away.

The property consists of six accommodation units, capable of hosting up to four people each, and are located on the elevated ground floor and first floor. Each apartment features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a large veranda/balcony.

All units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (with two ceramic hobs) and a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster (only one apartment has a large kitchen, the others have smaller ones). The bathroom is equipped with a shower without a tub and a glass partition.

On hot summer days, overlooking the courtyard, guests can spend time on the enclosed veranda or balcony furnished with seating area.

Included in the price, guests have access to the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool, as well as a baby cot.

Pets are allowed.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

Several cars can be parked in the villa’s yard, and free parking can also be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located. A public parking area is also nearby.

The house is excellently located for accessing the services and beaches of Pefkochori, and for visiting Kassandra. The interior spaces are comfortable and very pleasant. The bathroom is somewhat inconvenient. The pool is nice for the kids to have the last swim when returning from the beach. Regrettably, we did not find the apartment very clean upon our arrival, particularly the floors. The towels and bed linen were never changed over the course of 6 days. The owner requested the final payment on the third day and strictly in cash. The owner's wife is present in the house, but since she does not speak English, communication was limited and difficult. Parking can be found relatively easily in the parking area at the beginning of the street or, with some luck, directly on the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
