Hotel Description

Accommodation Avra is located 900m from the center of Kriopigi. It has a large and beautifully decorated yard with seating, a barbecue and children’s furniture, and is a good choice for families with children. It has 8 units, capacity for 2-4 people.

The beach is located downhill from the accommodation and is about 550m away. The nearest market and bakery are located about 900 m away, in the center of town.

There are eight studios on offer, which can host up to 4 people. They are located on the ground floor, first and second floors.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a hob with one or two hotplates, a kettle and a toaster. All units have mosquito nets, terrace or veranda, TV and WiFi internet. The terraces of the first and second floor units have distant sea views. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.

A common barbecue in the yard is at guests’ disposal.

A baby cot is available on request.

Cleaning of units and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

Private parking is available to guests within the fenced yard.

Avra House can be an excellent choice for all those who want a good accommodation in a quiet location and for those who need a base for touring the Kassandra Peninsula.

Perfect for families, beautiful view, well-equipped rooms, and a lovely courtyard. The beautiful beach is no more than a 20-minute drive away. A peaceful and picturesque area.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
