The Avra House Studios are situated amidst lush gardens, 600 meters from Kriopigi and 500 meters from the beach. They offer air-conditioned studios with furnished balconies overlooking the mountains and the Kassandra bay.
All studios feature a kitchenette with a fridge and a dining table. Additionally, each one includes a TV and a private bathroom with a shower.
A garden with barbecue facilities is at your disposal. The youngest guests can enjoy themselves at the playground.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
