Accommodation description

Inos House is situated in the village of Keramoti, in close proximity to the beach. It features three separate bedrooms and a spacious balcony overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden with a children’s playground and barbecue area.

The center of the village is located 900m away, and the nearest market is 400m from the accommodation. The beach is just 300m away.

The apartment (120m2) is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to 10 guests - eight adults and two children. It consists of three separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while one also includes an additional single bed, and the third bedroom has three single beds. The living room features two sofas suitable for one person each. All rooms open up to a large balcony with outdoor seating.

The accommodation is equipped with two air conditioning units (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with the double bed), TV, WiFi, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big fridge with freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms available, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, while the change of bed linen and towels is done midway for reservations longer than seven nights.

In the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden, children can actively play on the playground equipped with a slide, seesaw, and numerous toys, while adults can enjoy the brick barbecue and gazebo with outdoor seating.

Free parking spaces can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
