Inos House is located in the village of Keramoti, near the beach. It features three separate bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden with a children’s playground and a barbecue.

The center of the village is 900m away, and the nearest market is 400m from the accommodation.

The beach is 300m away.

The apartment (140m2) is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 10 people, eight adults and two children. It consists of three separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while one also has a single bed, and the third room has three single beds. The living room has two sofas, each for one person. All rooms, as well as the living room, open onto a large balcony with a view of the garden and the street, with a seating area.

The accommodation has two air conditioning units (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with a double bed), TV, WiFi, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and a coffee maker. There are two bathrooms available, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay, while the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through for reservations longer than seven nights.

In the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, children can play actively on the playground equipped with a slide, a seesaw, and numerous toys, while adults have a stone barbecue with seating area at their disposal.

Free parking spaces can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
