Description
Danai Studios is located in the most popular and historically rich tourist destination, Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 280m from the beach.
It offers two types of accommodation units:
Studio Ground Floor is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. It consists of two connected single beds, a sofa for one, a small kitchen, and a bathroom.
Studio Standard is located on the first and second floors and can accommodate up to four people. It comprises a double bed, a sofa bed for two, a small kitchen, and a bathroom.
Apartment Family Suite is situated on the first and second floors and can accommodate up to four people. It includes a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette with an induction hob or a stove with two glass-ceramic burners (in the Family Suite), a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin or a walk-in shower with a glass screen.
During warm summer days, guests can relax in the veranda or balcony overlooking the courtyard, furnished with a seating set.
In the beautifully landscaped and maintained garden, guests can enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as change of towels and bed linen, is done every fourth day.
There is no private parking, but free parking can be found nearby the accommodation.
Danai Studios is located 6.4km from Xenia Beach, 5.2km from Hanioti, and 96.3km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
