Chris Center Villa is located in Pefkohori, one of the most popular resorts on the Kassandra peninsula. Situated in the old part of the town, above the main road, in a serene environment and just a few minutes walk from taverns, cafes, and shops. The modern interior and excellent location make this accommodation a great choice for couples, families, and friends.
The accommodation is approximately 150m away from the center, while the town beach is about 330m away.
The property features one spacious apartment for five people (80m2) spread over two levels, on the first floor and in the attic, at the level of the second floor. The unit has two balconies. On the lower level of the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, an open gallery with additional sleeping space with a double bed and a sofa, as well as another bathroom.
Guests have access to air conditioning, WiFi, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooker with a ceramic hob with four rings, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathrooms are of smaller size and have a shower without a tub. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided for guests.
During the guests’ stay, cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with an additional charge.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, at an extra cost.

We had a fantastic time. On the very first day we felt at home and experienced the accommodation as our own :) The beach, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, everything is just a few minutes' walk away, an ideal location. The parking in the yard is great, because finding parking in the area is an art.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
