Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 61 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Yvonne Villa is located in Parga, a charming place known as the jewel of the Ionian Sea, 400m from Valtos beach and 140m from the central square. This accommodation represents a perfect choice for guests seeking comfortable lodging, a relaxed atmosphere, and an authentic ambiance of a small Greek seaside town.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults and three children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two and a fold-out armchair.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle.
From the balcony, furnished with a seating set, a panoramic view of the sea and the surroundings can be enjoyed.
