New Era Apartments are located in the very center of Polychrono. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation in a quiet environment and near an organized city beach.
It is 50m from restaurants and shops and about 350m from the sea.
The accommodation has 5 studios, two with three beds and three with two beds. The two-bed studios have a double bed, and the three-bed studios have a double bed and a single bed. The furniture is new.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a small stove (two hotplates and a small oven), a small refrigerator with a freezer and a kettle.
All studios are air-conditioned, have TV, WiFi internet and terraces equipped with seating.
The bathrooms have a shower without a curtain.
Private parking is located 900m from the accommodation and guests can use it for free. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets around the accommodation.
There is also a doctor's office near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
