Hotel Description

Vacanza Home is an accommodation located in the town of Polihrono in Halkidiki, offering a beautiful, air-conditioned, comfortable maisonette in Greek style, ideal for a family or group of friends - suitable for two to six adults and one child.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a frappe machine, a toaster, and a washing machine. Adjacent is the living room with a fireplace, a garden with a barbecue in the shade and a partial sea view, and a dining table. There is an outdoor shower in the garden.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with terraces, the terrace doors have mosquito nets. One bedroom has a large double bed (160x200) and if needed, a child’s cot. The terrace overlooks a quiet, small street. The second bedroom has a bed (120x200) and a high gallery with beds (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), with the terrace offering a partial sea view, also on the quiet side. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a hairdryer.

The accommodation offers free internet access, air conditioning, a stand-up paddleboard, and board games. A garage is available for smaller cars of categories A and B, while free parking on the street is possible for larger vehicles.

The town beach of Polihrono, which is sandy and pebbly, is located just 50m away from the accommodation. Supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, shops, everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (a car is absolutely not necessary).

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. Linen and towel replacement are not provided. Additional cleaning and replacement of linen and towels are only possible by prior arrangement with the owner.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
