Description
Vacanza Home is an accommodation located in Polichrono, Chalkidiki and offers a beautiful, air-conditioned, comfortable maisonette in the Greek style, which is ideal for a family or group of friends - suitable for two to six adults and one child.
On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove with four rings and an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a frappe machine, a toaster and a washing machine. Below is a living room with a fireplace, a garden with a barbecue in the shade and a partial view of the sea, and a dining table. There is a shower in the garden in front of the house.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with terraces, the terrace doors have mosquito nets. One bedroom has a large double bed 160x200 and, if necessary, a cot. The terrace overlooks a quiet, small street. The second bedroom has a bed size 120x200 and a high gallery with beds 160x200 and a single bed 90x200, where the terrace gives a partial view of the sea, also a quiet side. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a hair dryer.
The accommodation offers free internet access, air conditioning, standup padel and board games, there is also a garage suitable for smaller cars of category A and B, while free parking on the street is possible for larger cars.
The Polichrono city beach, which has sand and pebble, is located exactly 50m away from the accommodation. Supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, shops, everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (a car is absolutely not necessary).
A set of towels and bed linen is available. The guests themselves are responsible for cleanliness during their stay in the maisonette, there is a possibility of service for three or five days with an additional charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
