Description
Foula Garden Apartments is located at the entrance to Polichrono, on the left from the direction of Thessaloniki. It has a landscaped yard with natural shade, private parking, barbecue, summer house and two exits, towards the main road and towards the road along the beach. The beach is only 50m away.
The center of Polichrona is 1 km away.
We offer three four-bed maisonettes and three five-bed apartments.
The four-bed maisonettes have a single and an extra bed on the ground floor, and a double bed on the first floor.
Five-bed apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, and three single beds in the living room. The kitchens are equipped with stoves with ovens, kettles and refrigerators.
Accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The accommodation has a shared washing machine.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional fee is required. Laundry service is also available to guests, within the price.
Private parking is located at the entrance to the yard on the highway side.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement and additional payment.
The beach (50m away) is slightly pebbly with a gradual entrance and large stones in the water.
The accommodation is in solid condition and is recommended for those who value proximity to the beach and a quiet location outside the city.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
