Alexander Polychrono Apartments is located near the center of Polychrono, just 450m from the Blue Flag beach in Polychrono, Halkidiki.
There are two very similarly equipped apartments of equal quality that can accommodate up to four persons each, located on the first and second floors of the building.
The apartments feature a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedrooms have a double bed each, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a glass partition.Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 40% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
