Hotel Description

Onar Studios is a quality accommodation, close to Afytos center. There are 3 units, capacity for 2-5 persons. The facilities offered to its guests include a spacious, fenced and beautifully landscaped yard with a portable grill, in front of which you can leave your vehicle.

The nearest market and bakery are at 500m and the beach is about 800m away, or about 15 minutes walk. More about beaches in Afytos read here.

Onar Studios was built in 2008. There are eight studios (25m2) on the first and second floor, as well as one apartment (about 50m2) and one studio on the ground floor.

The studios have one double or two connected single beds, and the owner for the third inserts an extra bed.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with one double bed and the living room with a kitchen and two single beds. There is also an extra bed, so its capacity is five persons. It is the only one adapted for persons with disabilities.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and a dishwasher (apartment has mini-oven with oven), internet, TV, hairdryer, safety deposit box and fenced shower with curtain in the bathroom. If someone needs a laundry service (chargeable) or iron, they can contact the owners.

The studios have spacious terraces overlooking the sea, while on the front of the apartment and studio at ground floor there is a veranda. There is a large swing at the yard, and the rear table with chairs. Mosquitoes exist only on the windows of the apartment.

Replacement of towels and bedding, as well as cleaning, is done for four days (although the cleaner is visiting the rooms every day).

Accommodation is located above the main road, not far from the entrance to Afytos.

Excellent cleanliness and hospitality, and it is a great choice for both couples and families with children, because of its good location (on the road between Kallithea and Afytos).

The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful and clean, particularly notable is the spacious courtyard that is impeccably maintained. Unfortunately, the property is not situated in a quiet location.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
