Owners description
Villa Poppis is located in the main pedestrian area and only 100m from the beach. It offers accommodation in two-bed studios that are equipped with a kitchenette (a stove with two hot plates) with a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and a TV. The studios are located on the first and second floor and offer either a side view of the sea or the pedestrian zone. The villa is phenomenally positioned, in the very center of the town, surrounded by cafes, pastry shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and all other facilities that Kalitea offers. .
The beach can be reached by passing through the park where there are steps leading directly to the beach in front of the Ammon Zeus hotel.
Towels, free use of air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet are available to guests.
The accommodation does not have private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
