Pearl Villa is located on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, in the peaceful village of Polychrono - its greatest advantage being the miles-long sandy beach with crystal clear and pristine waters, as well as the proximity to other beautiful beaches and popular spots. The accommodation is 110m away from the sea.

The following accommodation units are available:

Studio Double Room is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two people, consisting of a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Studio Family Room is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of four people, with a double bed, bunk beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Apartments are situated on the ground floor and first floor, able to accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. They consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.

The accommodation unit is a maisonette in structure, consisting of two levels and can accommodate a maximum of five people. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, while on the second level, on an open gallery (first floor level), there is a double bed and a single bed.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned and include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a safe, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two or four burners, a large oven (in the maisonette), a standard or large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower tray without a bathtub.

Guests can spend warm summer days with a view of the street or the garden on the enclosed veranda or balcony equipped with a seating area.

In the landscaped garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linens and towels, are done every two days.

There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Pearl Villa is 8.8km away from Pefkohori, 15.9km from Xenia Beach, and 87.7km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
