Owners description
Eden Resort is located in a peaceful location in the village of Kalandra, approximately 4km from Possidi on the western coast of Kassandra. By car, it is possible to visit several famous beaches nearby, such as Skala Fourka Beach at 2km, the western Possidi Beach at 3km and the town beach of Possidi at a distance of 3.5km.
This accommodation consists of two ground-floor houses situated in the same courtyard, rented together and intended for a total of seven guests. In the main house, which has recently been renovated, there is a living room with a sofa, a kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and two united single beds, as well as a bathroom. In the auxiliary building, which is only a few steps away, there is a studio that includes two united single beds, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be added.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests two cooling units, a fan, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic glass hobs and a large oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
Within the courtyard, guests have at their disposal a barbecue, outdoor dining area, sunbeds, umbrellas, a swing and an outdoor shower.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, receiving a clean set of towels and bed linen after five days.
Private parking for three cars is provided for guests.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 30.09.2024, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
