Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Onar Luxury Villa, situated in a tranquil environment near the village of Sani, represents the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy. Located on the Kassandra peninsula, just 2 km from the beach, it provides guests with an ideal setting for relaxation. The spacious courtyard with a private pool is designed for enjoyment, while the barbecue and carefully landscaped garden allow for the creation of beautiful memories with family and friends.
Villa can accommodate up to nine adults and is structured as a three-level maisonette. On the first level, in the basement, there is a toilet and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. On the second level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. The living room includes a sofa for one person. On the third level, on the first floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.
All rooms within the property are air-conditioned, and guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
From the veranda and balconies, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the pool and garden. In the landscaped garden, guests have access to a barbecue, as well as a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation at no extra cost.
A parking space is provided for guests of the property.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them. Additionally, an optional cleaning service is available for an extra charge.
