V Luxury Apartment 1 offers one triplex apartment with a capacity up to ten people. The apartment is new and modernly decorated, great for two families or a larger company, and it's pet friendly. It has private parking for two cars in the yard, as well as a portable grill.
The beach is 750m away, the center 450m, the nearest restaurant 600m, and the nearest market and bakery 100m away.
The area of the apartment (maisonette) is 90m2 and it has three levels. On the ground floor, which is raised four stairs from ground level, there is a lounge with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a large fridge and stove, and a toilet with a washing machine. On the middle level, there are two bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with shower with curtain. On the third floor, attic with sloping roof, there is the third bedroom, without door, with two single beds and two extra beds, as well as a bathroom with shower, without a bathtub.
The apartment has four air conditioners, internet, TV, terrace, mosquito nets, hair dryer and iron. A baby cot and a feeding chair can be provided upon request.
Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels are done every two days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
