V Luxury Apartments With Pool is a facility located in Siviri, in a quiet location and offers four new, modernly decorated, clean apartments, with a capacity of 2-8 people.

It is 550m from the beach, 300m from the center and the nearest restaurant, and the nearest bakery and shop are about 200m away.

The apartments are arranged in two buildings, two in each building.

The apartments on the ground floor are raised three steps from the ground and can accommodate up to four people (2+2). They have a bedroom with a double bed, and in the kitchen a folding sofa (190x120cm), suitable for two children up to 12 years old.

Apartments with three bedrooms can host up to eight people. On the lower level they have a kitchen with a couch for two people, and on the upper levels there are three more bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds.

The kitchens are fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, large built-in ovens and plates with two or four burners. They have a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and dishes.

The bathrooms have shower with a curtain, and the 3-bedroom suite has a shower without a curtain in the second bathroom.

All apartments are air-conditioned (those on the ground floor have one air conditioner, and apartments on several levels have three air conditioners), have internet, TV, terrace (apartments on the ground floor have a veranda), mosquito nets, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.

Cleaning of units and change of towels and bed linen are done every three days.

The accommodation has a swimming pool with deckchairs, which can be used free of charge by the guests of the apartment. The yard is small and well-kept, and a parking space is provided next to the yard.
